My father is diabetic patient and his SGPT And SGOT is hight upto 209 and he has been taking udiliv 300 and volapride plus

Back pain, groin pain, urge to pass urine but not able to pass .. throbbing pain.. unbearable..lower abdomen pain

Urine don't come completely with an ease. Last 20% of the urine I have to make some force. P.S: Got covid infected on 23 April Home Isolation completed.

My father cretanin level is 1.42, his HbA1c Is 7.9 and also having high blood pressure, along with cholesterol 229,triglycerides 172 Doctor prescribe me nefrozon tablet twice daily I want to know that for how many days should he take it is it safe for him pls advice and what's benifit of nefrozon tablet
