Kidney Problems

I am kidney transplanted patient and taking Mycept S 540 mg from last 7 years is it possible to reduce the dose (or lower the dose)

For past 1 week I feel discomfort on left of my ribs. Not pain but constant pressure and sometimes discomfort. Please advice on which specialist I should consult? I'm confused. Adding to that a month back I got urinal infection with blood spots, immediately I consulted a doctor in practo video call And took medications. Now I'm fine but I'm in doubt whether it could be problem related to kidney.

For past one week I feel discomfort on lower abdomen exactly down to my ribs. Not painful but I feel discomfort. What could be the reason? Which specialist I should consult. Please advise

Dear Sir, I have been suffering of kidney stone from last 2 months. Having 2-2 kidney stone in both the kidney . Left kidney 5.3 mm stone is in ureter distance of 3.5 cm from UVJ. Which is causing severe pain in my left side. Currently I am on medication same has been mentioned in medication area. Please help me on this. I have kidney Infection I am eating Mox 500 mg and ciplox 500 mg how long I have to eat at least minimum so get free from Kidney Infection . I ignored my kidney Infection for one and half month i was eating medicines to prevent the disease but not curing it . Tell me .
