Age 62 having diabetic , his fasting sugar level 98 and one hour after tiffin 348. He recovered from Covid. He taking tablet for heart also.last few days having skin having Black spots in legs ,attached images. He not having any urinary problems...sometimes facing constipation ( not take any kidney related tablets).His oxygen level 99 and pulse rate 72

I was sitting for a while and when I got up, I experienced almost severe glans pain as if someone is pressing it from urethra. It lasted for about a minute. In the next minute, it became mild and stopped. Its not there now. I don't have urine related problems/pain. Should I worry? (I have passed kidney stone before and had balanitis, 2 months ago)

I am suffering from recurrent urination as well as three to four times mucus in stool. No fever, no burning sensation during urination. I was diagnosed with BPH and on urimax d regularly for more than 6 months. Problem is increasing day by day.
