Kidney Problems

Hi doctors, I want to consult about my mother as she is diabeitic and it affect her kidney too. According to KFT report her blood urea is 183mg/dl but there are no symptoms like vomiting loss of appetite etc... Kindly suggest some measures to reduce urea level from blood so she can saved from dialysis

Hi... My Father is under treatment for Kidney Problem since past 6 months . Today his creatinine level is 5.8 mg/dl. Does he require dialysis??? He has diabetes and Blood pressure. Other reading: Sodium-137, serum plasma urea- 186, serum Uric acid - 6.1

Since one week I always have feeling to urinate . It happened to me 1 month back too so I went for Urine culture test but test came negative andin  few days it went also but again after a month I am feeling the same . I even had 1bottle of Alkacitron but seems it didn't worked . What should I do next ?

I see heavy foam in my urine for last 5 months. Got urine sample of 24 hours tested. But no symptoms of protein. Still heavy foam always.

Left reanal hydronephrosis with left uretric calculas  in lower part of size 7mm A small concretion of size 3mm is also seen in lower calyx of left kidney Waht should i do AGo for medicine or surgery

In Night shift, after sleep of 3-4 hr, due to cold feels urine so came to toilet, during urination midway stop,head lightness, fainted on ground. This happen twice in 4-5 months in night shift duty around 4-5 am. Once in class10-12, same N8+sleep+urination+midstop+fainted. Nowadays checked bp 120/78. Thanks for your guidance.

Hello there, Greetings. My cousin who is a female 22 yrs old has been diagnosed yesterday with the scan report showing as well defined focal nephritis. She is having flank pain, burning sensation while peeing, no blood in urine though, also lower back pain. She has leg pain too. Bladder one side pain towards the right. Our treating Doctor is not available. Pls let me know once the antibiotics starts how long would it take to heal? Thnx n regards

Hi. I am having yellow urine problem for the past few weeks. I qm having no such pain or issues anywhere in the body. And at times when i drink water consciously it is clear but again gets yellow. Previously it would be white mostly. But from the past couple of weeks i am having yellowish urine. I was under Vitamins A-Z and Vitamin C for a month for suspected covid. This was during Early May. And i recovered with in a week. I am very tensed and having panic attack at times.

I have frequently urination problem . I go more than 20 times to toilet in single day. From recent 2-3 days I feel little lower back pain and feeling sensitive below abdominal part. Kindly suggest some good medication , health diet and physical exercise to avoid this problem.

Observed some sensation in rectum whenever I pass the urine. KUB/KFT nml. Having ibs issue since last few months. What may be the causes of such feeling.
