Dialysis depends not only the creatinine value but also on the symptoms. If he’s not having any symptoms then I suggest to create an AV fistula at the earliest to prepare for dialysis, which will take a month after surgery to get matured. Meanwhile adjust drugs to try to push dialysis for later
Next Steps
AV fistula
Hepatitis B vaccination
Try to push dialysis
Dialysis if symptomatic
Health Tips
Strictly low salt diet and CKD diet
