Kidney Problems

I am experiencing upper back pain everyday when i wake up in the morning. I sleep on my right side or on my back and use a baby pillow. I have never experienced this kind of pain before. The pain is more on the upper right side. It is really sharp in the morning but subsides during the day. Also my urine is really dark yellow when i wake up in the morning but it is light yellow or clear during the day. Could it be any liver or kidney issue?

Hello doctor since 2 month I much tensed regarding to my kidney health I have done a lot test except 24hour urien examination now came to the point I have done kft Serum creatinine is 0.80 mg /Dl and hun is around 9 and albumin is 4.8mg and kub on 12 June which come normal again I have done kft on 5 July serums creatinine is 0.84 mg and blood urea is around 10 and albumin 4.84 and and it's come normal again I have done kub on 12 july and it's normal again I have done kft on 25 July and creatinine is 0.87 and blood urea nitrogen is 7.8 and albumin is 5 mg/Dl and it's come normal and also I have done urine acr in which micro albumin is 5mg and urine creatinine is 31 mg and ratio is 16 and it's come normal all test I have done because I having symptoms of low urine formation and than I have done routine urine examination and in which protein is 30mg/Dl and than all test come negative of urine and yesterday again it's show trace albumin I have symptoms like foamy urine and swell

My mother who is 67yrs old is suffering from UTI for last 2 months. Completed antibiotics course and taking adequate water n cranberry juice. Normal urine test and urine culture report. Done USG today and found a kidney stone which is very small. Other impression was significant residual urine (127ml) in post void exam. What to do for that? Is there any medicine or any procedure by which the uti problem can be cured? Pls help.

Recently having so much pain in right abdomen consulted a doctor he gave me test like ultrasound later we know that it was a stone in my kidney, Please tell me that this is not a life treating dieses i am uploading my reports here.
