My father age 58. Has prostatitis and enlarged prostate. Urine culture and sensitivity report shows E coli. He already finished antibiotics is the bacteria still present?

Does having enlarged prostate and prostatitis increase chances of prostate cancer? What food to eat and avoid? Taking urimax D tablet once at night. Age 58

Hi Doc, my wife aged 23 has been experiencing abdominal and spinal pain suddenly however her periods were missing for over an year and she had to take tabs as per gyno & when we got the scan done we noticed medullary nephrocalcinosis due to which we did further analysis to rule out any kidney diseases. PFA reports and advise if everything is normal the reports show serum iron 59.

How many renal calculus are there in the USG report? Whether the calculus shall pass away from the uretus? What shall be the consequences? Creatinine baseline at 2.5 & was increased to 3.25. Kindly enlighten us.
