Attaching my father's (59) ultrasound report, can someone please explain the findings? Even a short summary would do. Not able to understand whether it's something serious or not.

Hello, My mother is 58yrs old having rheumatoid arthritis taking Methotrexate 15mg - 25mg since 10yrs. My mom's creatine level has gradually decreased from 0.57 thru 0.48 over the period of one year... Except last month it was 0.7mg/dl. Is it a serious issue?? What can be done in this case?? Fyi... She consumes rice more frequently than chapatis and has a little weak muscles.

My father got CT Kub scan after 3 days he got MRI prostate with spectroscopy. Any risk of getting MRI right after CT scan. His age is 58

After bypass surgery in Sept.2020 had urine retention. Thin urine flow, burning sensation,foot pain, discomfort, sleeping issues

Frequent urination at night disturbing sleep. Day time also frequent urination. I have to strain while urinating. Always feel I have to urinate.

Hello Doctor I am suffering from UTI and overactive bladder since 2017.It's on and off.But this time it is constant since January 2021.I have taken various antibiotic doses and at last one urologist prescribed me alkasol injections also,after that now am taking Bactrim twice daily for 15 days,then ones daily Bactrim for next 10 days then next 10 days 1/2 Bactrim. I am diabetic,HBA1c is 7.3,other parameters are normal. One doctor advised for cyatoscopy and pub but another doctor says no Am confused and very much exasted Please advice Best regards

My father age 58 has enlarged prostate 80cc and prostatitis. DRE was performed he felt extreme pain while doctor was pressing it. However no nodules were felt. Any side effect if this exam..is cancer risk low if no nodules felt during exam..

Good morning sir/madam, I am suffering with  kidney stones pain having two Ureteric calculus largest of size 6mm. Is it possible to remove Ureteric Calculi by Injecting saline(RL & NS) bottles through vein? or Is there any other possibility to remove Ureteric Calculi ?
