Kidney Problems

I feel pain and discomfort in the right side of groin, abdomen when my bladder is full of urine is it a disease?? I have done my Urine test and Kidney function test 3 months ago. Urine test result is absolutely normal but slightly increase in uric acid in acid . I am hereby attaching my test report.please help.(no diabetes, normal BP, non smoker,non alcoholic)

Regular foamy urine for past 3-4 months. Have gone through 5 Urine Routine test and Culture test in different months but all normal. No sign of protein. Triple phase CT- Abdomen shows normal kidneys, urinary bladder and prostate Have mentioned the medications and other ongoing health problems in the descriptions. Not able to find cause of this foamy urine. Getting foamy urine 5/7 times i go to pee. Body feels normal except the other conditions mentioned in description. I went for complete body check up. In KFT creatinine is borderline at 1.16 and urea is 35. 2 months ago it creatinine was 1.18 and urea was 19. Dr advised for KUB and UPCR. BOTH ARE normal and within range. Should i need further evaluation or it is ok. Pls help i am worried

1.5 years ago my scrotum was swollen. When I visited my grandmother's house. The water of the house wasn't good for me. When I drank the water too much it took many hours to urinate. Is this some kind connected to this scrotum swelling?
