Kidney Problems

When I go for pooping my muscles get contracted which makes me difficult to poop....i have to relax myself to poop...even a single thought create stress and leads to incomplete defecation... although my digestion is good....i think there is muscles are not cordinating well in my pelvic floor........i have a lower back pain also...i have to strain to poop.....i am suffering this from my childhood..in my childhood also i have suffered where....i use to hold poop and have uncontrollable bowel movement......i have to strain a lot in Indian style toilet and now since past few years i m using Western style toilet where i have convinced my mind....to relax so since it relaxes on Western commode i have to strain less ....but again a single thought of stress of not pooping leads to incomplete evacuation...

Sir in urineanyalsis report rbc is 10-12hpf Then doctor suggested ultrasound In ultrasound stone is present After one week  doctor suggested for ct scan in CT scan stone is remove and mil hydrnophersis is present Then I rechecked urineanyalsis rbc is not present After one I repeat done urineanyalsis rbc is 10-15hpf Then doctor give medicine and said for ultrasound in ultrasound cytisis is present Then I rechecked urineanyalsis report is normal After one month I done urineanyalsis in that rbc is 20-25hpf After 2 I recheck rbc is 10-12hpf After one week rbc is 2-3 hpf After one month rbc is absent Yesterday I reckeck it rbc is absent Plz tell me doctor that it is normal I am suspect of bladder cancer What is the chances?

Is there any chances of renal stone regrowth after surgery. What are the precautions need to be taken after surgery, how one can determine the surgery?

Since 3 months I started noticing changes in my urine stream, I feel my urine output has reduced does not matching with intake, for example if I drink 3 glasses of water I hardly urinate 1 glass after 2 hours of drinking the water and there will be slight swelling at ankle join earlier I suppose to urinate 10 times a day and frequently urinate almost every 1 hour,I m an occasional drinker same happens when I take alcohol even after drinking full beer I hardly urinate and my ankle joint swells a little apart from this no discomfort nor a pain in any place my appetite and stool.is normal, I consulted doctor and almost done each and everytest,  creatinine, LFT, ECG, Echo is normal and lipid profile is at higher side and vitamin.D and Iron deficiency doctor has put me on medication and BP is slightly high, apart from this no issues, doctor might be suspecting BP would be the cause for this situation, kindly help with your inputs and any suggestions on this condition

I was feeling weak and dizzy from a week and hence I had a Blood test to check my Blood Levels and My Hemoglobin was 12 So I underwent an Ultrasound of my Liver and Kidney and below is the report. It tells me I have cyst in Right lobe of liver and Right renal cyst.. Is it necessary to undergo to have them removed? Is my blood count Decreasing because of this ? Prostate mild enlarged in size. Echotexture is normal. No focal lesion is seen. Capsule is intact. Prostate volume -27. 62 cc. Does it any concern? I have also hypertension. For hypertension I am taking Tsart CT 40 in the morning and Met XL 50 at night.
