My three months old son has pink or orange spotting on morning in front diaper side. His urine culture report is negative and have uric acid value is 7.0 what I supposed to think it is dehydration or much more

I think you can visit a paediatrician for consultation. I don’t thing is there any thing to worry..but ultrasound abdominal is must.
