Firstly,i suffered from epidimitis for 15 days than it was cured but in my urine sample i was staphylococcus spp. (coag. positive) than i took medicine for that than after 20 days i again went for my urine culture and seman culture. This time my urine culture was normal but my seman culture was staphylococcus spp. (coag. negative). And also whenever i urinate i can see some black thread like structure in my urine and now in seman also that black thread like structure is present
