Kidney Problems

I did sonography for kidney stone. Left kidney shows mild calyceal fullness. Pelvis is not dilated. Left kidney reveals a 4 mm size calculus in the lower pole calyx. What does it mean by mild calyceal fullness ? Anything serious? Attaching sonography report.

Hi, I need advice on this please TLC was 30.91 yesterday and psa total was 22. Today both test were repeated.. TLC came down to 15 and psa went up to 44. He is on iv antibiotics. He is under supervision in hospital. Dr suggested as TLC came down so it's good and psa will come down gradually. Please suggest if psa levels are alarming..

I was diagnosed with epididymitis in last december and i'm on antibiotics fr abt 10 weeks but infection hasn't gone yet. I once caught TB in childhood and doubt to have SIBO as well. I'm also suffering from chronic constipation, pelvic floor dyssnergia and erectile dysfunction. It was started last year in April when while urinating muscle pulled urine back. Have i developed chronic epididymitis? Can treating constipation and dyssnergia help me in epididymitis and urinary hesitancy?
