Headache since march 2015

She is suffering from headache since march 15. She is also shouting and talking in alone in night. Two MRI have done. And only some calcification found . High micralbuminbin urine

I have high BP and take Telma Am. microalbumin levels in urine are 49.5. creatinine levels are ok.kidney and liver tests are also ok. kidney looks alright as per ultrasound as well. prima facie there is no damage to kidney. sugar levels are also fine. what could be the other possible reasons for high micralbumin?
