Kidney Problems

Left flank pain from last week done C T Scan KUB Right kidney tiny concretion is seen i middle calyx of right kidney. Left kidney shows 5.3mm calculus in lower calyx. Left upper ureter shows 3.7 x 6.4 mm calculus leading to mild hydroureteronephrosis. Pl advise go for laparoscopy or stone will pass it self I am taking syrup uripass, tab calcurosin and for pain fenco 50. Also taken favouride plus for 5 day's Also taking homeopathic medicine barberries and R 72 pl advise I have pain in left kidney constantly

I want to know wheather my kidney and liver are functioning correctly.i am getting pain in my abdomen, and i frequently urinate in night.kindly sugest me the tests for kidney and liver.i used to drink alchohal heavily since 1month i stopped drinking. and kindly tell me how to take care of liver and kidney.

I got swelling on my foot and met doctors, they advised me to check uric acid content. I checked, the uric acid was higher than the range. I took febustat -40 mg for three months. After that uric acid is checked and found normal. Meanwhile dring annual health check up is was found that Vitamin B12 is very less. Doctor advised me to take e must mc capsules and neurokind plus injections. i took them and checked the vitamin B12 is in normal range. During this period of 3 months, my foots having swelling, it might be reduced but, not came to normal state. I dont drink alcohal, i dont smoke also. Now i am getting the more swelling on the foots. What might be the reason? One of my friend suspected that, it might be related to kidney functioning. i have urine urgency problem also from the past one and half year. i consulted urologist also, they gave me small tablet. if it is taken there is no probelm for two days. My main concern is sweling on foots.Now what shall i do?

Serum Creatinine is 2.4 mg/dl and serum urea is 98 mg/dl now. Diagonised in 2014 from that time serum Creatinine is at 2.4 mg/dl level but urea has increased recently from last 3 months.

Hi sir/madam, today my father gone through kidney tests & found that creatinine 1.7 & doctor advised him to admit immediately to do dialysis & give treatment , please briefly explain me & how to come out from this problem thanks in advance

Dear Doctor, The problem is with my 1-year-old Niece, currently in Dubai. She has been having repeated urinary infections and after further checkup, the doctor there determined that she had a blockage in the upper part one of her kidneys which was causing her repeated infections. The doctor there recommends she have that portion of her kidney removed. Until then she is put on daily dosage of Septrin- Paediatric Suspension (Trimethoprim-Sulfamethoxazole). I would like to get a second opinion on the same and would be glad to follow up on the same towards the second week of October when they are visiting India. I am attaching copies of a nuclear scan (99mTc DTPA Diuretic Renal Scan), micturating cystourethrogram, and CT abdomen & Pelvis. Would be great if someone can help us out on this.

Hi i m a 20 year old male.so this all started 1.5 year ago one day when i woke up in the morning i felt constant urge to urinate.when i urinate i have feeling of unemptyness then i was dignosed with kidney stone for which doctor gave me some ayurvedic medicine and it did not show in another ultrasound after three month of taking medicine but still i had the same urge to urinate all the time so i went to a urologist he did my endoscopy he found nothing only high bladder neck work which he gave me medi ine for 3 months.then he gave me beta blockers but nothing helped.after this i went to a ayurvedic doctor he said i have some kidney infection,i ate his medicine for 5 months but nothing has changed. In my KFT uric acid was little high then normal and Na+ was little less than normal.i have never experienced blood in urine.i feeling burning sensation in urine sone times like once in a week and sometimes i have lower back pain not always mostly when i wake up.please help me i really need it.
