Late week did my general blood check up which shows my Creatine level is 1.76 please let me know what measures I have to initiate to reduce my Creatine level

First You need to underwent different blood test like full LFT GTT and USG abdomen with Renal Doppler so that we can know exact picture of your kidney function and consult Nephrology
