Kidney Problems

My mother who is aged 50 has got swollen legs due to water retention.After the blood test they have found that there's excessive albumin in blood due to some problem in kidney.Please advice

I have been diagnosed with ecoli in my urine.my doctor did culture test and prescribed me amikacin 500 mg injections twice daily for a week. He told me to inject into buttocks.i have injected into buttocks for 3 days.since I have pain nurse injected one injection into blood through vien without infusion.he just injected like IM in just 15 sec.I have searched and found that amikacin through IV should be done in 30 minutes slowly but he just injected into my left hand vien in 15 sec..is it safe to inject amikacin like this into blood? I'm scared.pls help.

My husband who is 32 year old, non smoker, non drinker is facing blood in urine which is very light in colour and comes 1or 2 times in around 3 days. Had got the urine test done + ct scan of bladder done which was completely normal. He has no burning or frequent urinating sensation at all.. My mother is a renal kindney transplant patient.she got transplant 5years ago. 1month ago she got checke up and creatinine was  1.42.but 5 days ago she suffer from high fever and vomiting till today. We admitted her to a hospital today. And after all check up itz found her creatinine level is 1.73.is it serious or kidney damage sign?what is the normal range of creatinine for a renal trasplant women patient?
