I have been facing a problem that is when my seen is discharged it comes with some granular substance with Haematurea and I am feeling light pain in right side of lower abdomen. No fever or feverish .Kindly advise.

Get a urine culture and a semen culture. Also get an ultrasound of the abdomen and prostate
