Bloody urine with e.coli from urine culture. previously open heart surgery done. Treated in care hospital but no improvementg

Suffering with cystitis doctor says you have to use urine bags frequently. Is this the solution to problem.Age is 75 yrs

Creatine level has increased to 1.4 and fluctuation in protein level in kidney. CPK count has come to 970

My father aged 71 having already perkinson dieseas phasing the isssue of Urine bladder swelling results frequent irritation and paining while walking . After the medical reatment the swelling and paing was some what OK. But it is coming after few days again. Kindly suggest the suitable doctor to consult and please let me know the availability of treatment to cure permanently.
