Rightside kidney is swelling - hydroureteronephrosis due to retro-caval course of the right ureter.. recommended for the surgery of laparscopic ureterolithotomy URO for this.. do i need to be / with medication i will be done good. Pls suggest!

Hi, i just found out that i hv a ureteral stone of 4.7 mm,been drinking a lot of water since last 2 days and having medicines prescribed by physician Dr parag agarwa,l kailash hospital , but still it is very painful. What can i do to get it passed asap . Also i got 3 bottles/doses of painkillers injected yesterday in hospital and there was no pian during night but again it has started in the morning .
