Kidney Problems

My brother is suffering from severe abdominal pain. The CT scan reports says below: A calculas of size 6.1×5.6×5.6mm is noted in right proximal ureter (approx 30 mm distal to PU junction ) .mild hydronephrosis and proximal hydroureter upstream to calculas is noted.(AP diameter of renal pelvis is 13mm) Please suggest if operation is necessary and what is the size of stone. I did not understand what the report says. Thanks in advance for help

I got kidney stone operation in March 17 and from last 2 days blood is coming with urine. I am feeling a little bit pain in right side as well. 2 stones left on left side kidney.

I had a deflux procedure yesterday morning through my urethra. I'm home and I've noticed there is slick clear stuff in my underwear. I've wiped it out but more just keeps getting in my underwear. Did the procedure not work or is this normal?

My wife is having pain in urine. It started with mild pain from Monday evening. But on tuesday she has normal urine discharge. Than from Wednesday morning pain again started. She was not able to urinet properly. After that she is having sever pain from yesterday i.e. Wednesday noon. Than based on our last urine infection consulting. She is having urispas tab thrice daily and clingen vegina tab yesterday night. From yesterday evening she is having rashes on legs and itching. She is still having pain in vegina. Now which Medecine we should continue.

I have irritation in the urinary tract since last 3 to 4 days while urinating.itching feeling inside the tract.

I keep getting the urge to pee and tingling sensation. This first happened 4 days ago and it went away after a couple hours. Then it didn't happen again until today.

I have got stomach pain when I'm urinate,i don't get to feel to go to urine....i have taken scan the result is urine bladder wall thickness is increased....

Not urine infection bt she complaints all the time...now she is in worst position ,she can't wear panty and can't sit on soft surface..even can't sleep on mattress . She sleeps on float n in every 5 min she goes to washroom.

Having pain in stomach left side as well as pain in back. Ultrasound done and found 2 stones having size of 7.8mm and 6.2mm
