Initiating trouble urine, flow is low,
I have pernieal abscess. Still the wound is open. Now I've urine trouble. Its flow is lowered and has got initiating trouble. Motion is hard so getting pain around my anus.

Consult a urologist for evaluation of lower urinary passage swelling/infection .
Good care and daily washing and dressing of abscess till adequate healing
For motion high fibre diet and aperient like cremation 3-4 tea spoonful bed time may be taken
