Hi.. I have been facing a minor paninig sensation in my right scotram.. sometimes it remains for 2 to 3 days. I masturbates once a week. and I also in I'm working in automotive sector as a technical where I relate to lifting up heavy equipments sometimes. I examined and I don't have swellings. When I touch my balls i feel relaxed. Please help. Thx
