I have been suffering from bleeding and itching from urinery glan and also feel sensation last from three days. Plz give me some suggestions to get rid off from this problem

I am feeling feverish combined with body ache, mild headache and pukish. PH value in urine test is 7. Is this urine infection??

I had a whole body health checkup yesterday. I got the Abdomen Ultrasound with my bladder full. Post the scan I emptied my bladder and went for a TMT. There in between the tests, I got the urge to use the washroom, but I continued with the test since I was connected to all the electrolytes. Now I feel pain in my bladder. Please advise if serious.
