Kidney Problems

I'm frequently passing urine more than 20 times per day fed up with this irritating some one help me please  since I'm feeling that ready to pass huge amount of urine but it is getting like drops and early morning light yellow colur urine in good quantity help me try to understand and say me why I'm suffering with this disease and what should I. Start and stop in food beverages please I beg doctors to just give me your valuable suggestions which is much more important to me

I have kidney stone of 7.4mm size and slight swelling in right kidney. I have a slight pain in urine but no stomach pain. Can this be cured with medicine or do i need to go for surgery? Kindly advise.

I have consulted a doctor where a ultra sound was conducted and following impression was found 1- Norman upper abdominal scan 2-Small Fibroid Uterus 3-Thick Endometrium

His creatinine level is 8 bp and sugar normal. No swelling or urinating problem. He is 50 years old
