Should I take creatine for muscle building ? I diagnosed with kidney stone last year. But not having any issues from last 10-11 months. Please advice.

Hi doctor I have been suffering from dark brown urine while peeing I have taken urine test and ultrasound they have mentioned cystitis and I have a bladder infection in my urine test they have mentioned albumin + I have been taking antibiotics for about 4 days I could still see foamy urine in the toilet and some times dark brown urine I have attached my report below kindly suggest me what to do

Urine analyses normal but urine culture shows e- coli  positive >100000 cfu/ml it is serious or can be cure
