I am feeling dull pain both side of stomach ( middle region) and urine flow is not good , feeling constipated, when bowel clears urine pass easily , right side pain also feel in slightly back side ,

My brother recently had surgery to remove kidney stone but they only put stent and saying after two weeks they will remove the stone as it is bigger in size 10 mm and kidney became oversized due to this, can you help me with any medicine which could help in lower down the pain and remove the stone because two week time is not easy for my brother because of pain

Last week, I suffered serious stomach pain. I went to the hospital, and the doctors suggested I take a USG KUB (Ultrasound of the Kidneys, Ureters, and Bladder). After I took the scan, it showed one stone in my mid-ureter measuring 5.2 mm. After that, the doctor suggested I take a CT scan. In the CT scan report, it showed only a 4mm x 1.2mm stone. This is the first time I've faced this issue in my life. Does it need surgery to remove the stone, or is it curable with medicine?
