Kidney Problems

What would be the procedure and charges for this treatment ? Stone is of 10 mm And doctor has askd for its removal

I've been having an on and off urge to urinate and occasionally feel a burning sensation while urinating. This has been happening on and off for the past weeks. Some days are absolutely fine, others are not. On getting a Routine Urine test everything looks fine except the RBC Count that is at 2-3RBC/HPF. I am a 25 year old female.

I am having pain of stone what should I do shall I visit the doctor or only medicine

I have three stones. One in the left kidney 3.3mm and two in the right 8.4mm and 6.8mm. I am not really bothered about it. I don't take medication or check up. Is it okay? Drinking water is just needed no?

I can't seem to fully empty all urine and I'll proceed to stand by the toilet forcing just small portions of urine out every few seconds
