Recently, my dad have been going to the hospital regurarly of age 64 hes not dignosed by any disease and no diabetes no blood pressure etc.. , however he used to be heavy drinker and according to the radiologist report it says the prostate is englarged with 59cc with detectable focial lesion what does it mean ???

Doctors had told me there is a kidney failure but after dialysis there is a 10 ml urination and blood pressure is at 145/65 and po2 is 100 and heart rate is 100 - 116. Is there any chance improving kidney function after continuous dialysis and is it possible to get urination after kidney failure ?
