Kidney Problems

Sir my brother age is 26 and done kidney transplant now complete 2 years and pus cells is detected in urine 15 to 20 and and albumin count in urine is 30 mg dL i concerned our doctor it says one steroid cause albumin count in urine name wysolone 10 mg but they not says about pus cells i am very upset about this last time doctors gives some antibiotics but pus cells only lowers but not clean count so what to do please suggest me what to do need any test like urine culture or others.

Sir i have been having sudden desire of urination since six months though all my reports are normal no diabetes nothing. After every four to five hours I gets sudden desire of urination which is very uncontrollable to control it such things never happens before with me.After passing the urine I feels thirty and drink water a lot. But during night time this its happens very rarely. So ccould you prescribe some medicine for my problem.

I have been advised a RIRS surgical procedure for a 10 mm stone. Ineed a second opinion

Urine analysis ... Cloudy Protein ++ Blood trace Nitrate detected Pus cells 25-30 Bacteria present Age 44 gender male

From last night I m having urine infection. I was having the urge to discharge urine but then I was not been able to pee. After that I drank a lot of water and now I can pass urine but the sense of incompleteness of emptying the bladder is still there. I m having fever and also pain in my lower abdomen.

At time of passing urine urinaty tract badly pains and every time utination is felt bt every time urine is not pasaed irritation also occur near viginal orfice

When I eat spicy food I get too much pain in bladder. At the time of urine also I get pain

I am having low backpain which is severe, abdominal pain,pain at urinary site, increased grequency of urine, burning micturition

There is this frequent urge for urinating and pain at the end of urinating from past two days,Today I noticed a light blood at the end,Is this something serious?Whom to consult?

I am facing issues while urinating. After few minutes one or two drop leaks. Sometime I feel urine is not clear and it is still in tract. Not always but sometimes, it pains at the tip of the urinary tract. Thereafter, frequent urination starts.
