Kidney Problems

I am suffering from pain during urine i have done uc but there is no kidney stone and doc prescribe fas 3 kit after taking it i have feel no pain for 4 months but from last 2 days my problem reoccur i am suffering from dis problem From last 2 years.. please help me what to do

Hi... being on a managerial post... i have a long sitting job and because of which i put on some weight... A month ago i joined a fitness centre. To reduce fat and increase muscle mass i was asked to eat protein diet I love eggs... so i started eating omelette (2eggs) i the morning and 3-4 boiled eggs in noon before workout. Some soaked dry fruits in the morning as well. From past4-5 days i am observing my Urine is pale in colour... i lil more pressure while urinating.... is it due to lack of water intake?

I have unwanted discharge and the area near urine has swollen.the entire upper area including the outer skin has little pain and itchy. Also previously I had urine infection
