Dysuria .

I had Dysuria since 5 days.in initial 3 days I had fever with chills, temp around 102 to 104(fluctuate b/W two), vomit once only, took antibiotics and nsaids along with vitamin b complex, fever subside after 3 days but now urination is more frequent(after every 5 minute) and less in volume. After urination also there is no relaxation.
