Swelling in stomach and legs

Asked for Male, 68 Years

My father is suffering from Kidney and liver problem and now the swelling in stomach and leg increasing every moment..what medicine I should give to stop the swelling increasing.. .and normal urine flow as amount of urine is also very low...

Get full evaluation done by a urologist and gastroenterologist to ascertain the degree of liver and kidney. An urine examination routine and microscopic done along with the ultrasonography of the abdomen especially for the KUB region are useful baseline tests for kidney .treatment as per clinical findings.however a diuretic may help to decrease the swelling for relief.consult your physician
