Kidney Problems

My creatine level 3.2 and i dont want to go dailysis.  How can I reduce my creatine level naturally?

The cretinine is 2.5.and the urine discharge is very low.also swallowing over the kidney and also a infection in kidney that was increasing

I have 11*10 mm cortical cyst in the pole of right kidney. Pls suggest it's problematic for me n its need to remove by operation.

Immense pain. A stone of 5 mm is stuck in ureter. Doc is saying to operate. Veltam 0.4, Dortin DS, Pan D, injection emeset 2ml,zone 1g. And also saline of sodium chloride solution. But still the stone is not melting. Doctor is saying to operate. Some lazer operation .

DId random routine and the report came out fine however when we got culture report it showed bacteria. Everytime after anti bitotic course culture report shows normal but after few days again routine report is ok but urine culture report shows bacteria and that too random like ecoli p neumonia citrobacter koseri Ultrasound, DMSA,MCU tests were all normal and showed no abnormality of any sort.
