Hydronephrosis due to rpf, got stents in ureter, stents caused ecoli infection, back pain occasionally, urine output is fine, tlc is raised, creatinine is raised

I am on Catheter for last one month. My first doctor asked me not to take any prostrate medicine. But recently another doctor recommended Urimax D. Is it ok to take?
