Iam 21yrs male I have absorbed some urine problem some days I think its my doubt so doctor adviced to take a scan of whole abdomen and finally the impression is 3.4mm calculi is noted on left mid pole ,sir please give ur valuable suggestion

Ive been having pain in my kidney area ( both sides) for around 6 months when I drink alcohol. Pain increases significantly when peeing. I am 19 years old, ive been drinking occasionally for a few years and recently about once a month or every 2 months so i drink a 6 pack. I would describe the pain as kinda dull however once i drink more and use the bathroom pain becomes a pericing and excrusiating pain. not sure what to think about this..
