I been noticing my urine is neon yellow is that normal and is ok to take multivitamins two different ones.

Suddenly red colour urine for 4 years girl, all of sudden happened. Having no past experience

Having issues with what I assume to be fluid in my lungs. I'm having trouble breathing and having back pain. I want to take Mucinex for it but I'm also having kidney problems and am unaware if Mucinex has an effect on the kidneys. Fell 2 weeks ago and had trauma to front/bottom right side of ribs and immediately under. Hurt a lot when it happened (7/10) & knocked the wind out of me. Was standing on chair and fell so back of chair drove under bottom of rib cage. Since pain is dull & constant (4/10) remaining unchanged for 2 weeks. No jaundice, blood in urine/stool. Just steady pain. Is it normal for pain to go on this long without significant improvement?
