Kidney Problems

I was diagnosed with IGA nephropathy in 2015 after a kidney biopsy. Kidney biopsy was done since i was leaking proteins in urine. I took medicine for 1 year and later the protein leakage came down to normal. Now I am leaking protein again in the urine and 24 hrs urine sample shows protein leakage of 2g+. Doctor has advised Kidney biopsy again now. I am also a type 2 diabetic . Need doctor advise on my issue and their opinion and what could be the reasons for this issue. ?

I had my normal forecep delivery almost 5 months ago. Since then when I pee there is slight pain when urine ends. But it is now 97 prcnt reduced. Recently I had my blood and urine test and there are traces of calcium oxalate and 2-3 rbc hpf as per report. My cholesterol is also high bt within borderline range. Please suggest if it is normal post delivery. I rarely feel some sort of uneasiness on left side.

My CT scan report says The left pelvicalyceal system and ureter are mildly dilated with mild periureteric and perinephric fat stranding..what does it mean
