Kidney Problems

I really need help, I have a problem. I had a weak bladder and I think it affected my anus. My fart comes out by itself, leaky wet farts. People can smell it and it smells. It also comes out through my pores. Please I need a solution fast. I'm on a diet and this has happened to me for 3 years now. I never really had a gas problem before this. Help meeee
