Frequent urination
I have go to urinate every 30 minute for 18 years. In night also.my urologist done cistoscopy last june and he says i am suffering from high neck urinary bladder. My urine flow is very slow and thin. Now a days when i feel to urinate my back and right sight chest to leg having pains. And when i do urinate. I got relief. I think my kidney also give me pain. What should i do.please please help me sir.

If you are sexually active and to preserve that, better option is to Take Tablets only, like Cap. Alfoo 10mg once at bedtime. If you need to have permanent solution, then a endoscopic procedure namely bladder neck incision would be required. Keep the follow up regularly with your Urologist. If the post void residual urine is increasing, then surgery is indicated. Many would require the procedure in future
