Hello sir/madam...! I'm 22 years old I have 20 mm stone in my right side kidney and that is ectopic Kidney. Getting infections in urine If I have ectopic kidney is there chance to fail kidney in future I request you to give me a good suggestion

Am Daniel, a 29 year old man. I have been diagnosed with Urinary Tract Infection. The doctor prescribed a few drugs for me and I have been taking them. I am having plus cells since last two month. Range was 50 to 40 last month. I had urine culture also had antibiotics for 7 days. Now I did the test again it's showing 10 still . What should I do .i have pain in back also. Should I go for kft?
