I am 41 year old Male , Type 2 diabetic and was recently diagnosed with IGA Nephropathy. I am vegeterian by birth and consume egg occasionally.
Please suggest me the kind of food i should have on regular basis to control sugar and avoid damages to kidney.

Kidney shrinkage
Undergone some test reports for kidney. Seeking expert opinion/advise. Right kidney 8.5x5.1 cms size and left kidney size 12.6x6.8 cms. Lab report says: shrunken right kidney with scarf surface and pelvictasis- suggestive of sequelae of prior infection. Small left extra renal pelvis increased host void residual urine volume(85cc).
