Kidney Problems

My right ureter is middle dilated and calculus of 7mm in the lowest part region. Kindly suggest me whether it needs surgery or it may be outed by medicines.

Left lower ureteric calculus with mildhydronephrosis and hydroureter approx 4.2 mm

My age is 33, I am having multiple kidney stones in both kidneys, please suggest me the treatment. I am suffering the pain in both sides, which doctor I need to approach for the treatment Urologist or Nephrologist.

My Father Is On Hemodialysis With Av Fistula left arm ther he is on dialysis about 4 years In the begining thier Blood Pressure Is Higher with 2 dialysis in a week now he is on thrice a week their hemoglobin is on 14 without the injections of making blood Now My father is facing Low Blood Pressure lowest even sometimes it is on 60 and 80 thier weight is increasing and the problim is having low blood pressure during dialysis please suggest me What can we do And Its Dangerous Or Its Going Good?
