Kidney Problems

Hello doctor, I had gone through urine and cbc test, where i have albumin trace, WBC found is 2-3,EPL cell is 5-7. In cbc pdw PLCR is high. I just want to what are solutions to this problem. Is this serious matter. Whom to consult.

My father whose age is 54 has bilateral grade 3 renal parenchymal disease where serum urine is 12.8 and serum celestial 205 left kidney is smaller in size of about 7.3cm and right kidney 8.6cm please suggest remedies and treatment for this disease

Burning micturation since approx 1 month Completed one dose of amox+clav500 mg and cital for 4 days den got relief for about 5-6 days Then the problem started again Burning sensation while urinating and half an hr after it most probably in the morning Now i am on the same dose again bt of no use. Problem persists and gettin worser. Does caffiene intake or diuretics worsen the condition?
