Kidney Problems

My father is suffering from prostrate enlargement and currently taking homeopathic medicines , as per doctor suggestion we cannot perform surgery for the same due to pace maker , can someone please suggest a remedy or a way to cure it completely , thanks in advance

Two days ago i felt pain in kidneys, so that I have to consult doctor for this , he suggested me to do some test like ultrasound. In the report they found 3-4mm stones in both kidneys. Suggest me precaution and diet to diagnose this.

When I passed toile, toilet not pass easily. I emphasize during pass the toilet every time. My toilet passing speed very slow.

My urine test report Pus cells 80-100 Epithelial cells 25-30 Sediment present I did this test as i was having pain in my right side below stomach one night. Since then i havent had any pain.
