Pain during urination

Asked for Female, 31 Years

I have pain during urination and uncomfortable sensation in that region. sometimes unable hold ur ine even for some seconds and end up wetting my pants though this embarassing situation only happens in the bathroom. my urine report shows.... traces of blood , some RBC ,many WBC. and traces of bacteria. I had UTI before. please advice

Check your Urine for culture and sensitivity test. May have to start antibiotics. After giving urine sample for culture, start on Tab. Martifur 100mg thrice a day for 5 days, Tab. Mirbeg or Mirago 50mg once a day for 10 days should be sufficient. Update about the Urine culture results.
