My daughter aged 36 years, is suferring from Non-compressive, progressive Myleopathy for the last 20 years and she is in advanced stage of ailment. She gets urge to pass urine but is unable to pas urine. If she urinates it will be very smelly. What does this indicatea?

Respected Sir/Madam, My father is getting trouble breathing from the last few days whenever he lie down. He can't sleep at night. He uses oxygen and nebulise using duolin. But it is getting more worse Doctors said the he need hemodialysis. The AV fistula has been made but it needs 15 more days to mature. One of the doctor said to drain the pleural effusion as shown in xray through thoracentesis. What can be done the feel relieved at least for the time being until the fistula gets matured. Is there any other way to get some relief ? Expecting your valuable suggestions at your earliest. Thanking you.
