For the past few days my urine seems yellowish during mornings and this is happening only during mornings.For the rest of the day it seems normal.Is it because of dehydration during night or something else?

The past 2 years, I have struggled with frequent urination and the constant urge to pee, accompanied by occasional lower back pain (sometimes only on the left side) & abdominal pain. I go to walk in clinics or to see my GP and they've tested me for diabetes, UTIs & pregancy, which have always come back negative. There is never blood or bacteria in my urine to cause concern. I'm wondering what this could be? I am scared it's cancer as I seem to have many of the symptoms.
