I had an episode 2 years ago when I was 42 years old of kidney stones. But today morning I am getting this unusual sensation in my right side of abdomen in the centre. I am anxious is it again the kidney pain? Where is the exact location of kidney pain felt?

Kidney pain due to stone is felt from loun region to groin region. It is sharp, severe, associated with nausea or vomiting and may subside in an hour or 2 only to recur again. The pain u describe doesn seem like a stone problem.
