Sir, My problem is if i drinks 1/2 litre water in morning then within 1 or 2 hour i am going 2 times to toilet. If it's afternoon time i am going 3 to 4 times even if i am drinking 1 litre water only. Overall problem is , if i drinking only a glass of water also i have to go toilet for 2 times within 2 hours.
