6mm single cortical cyst in left kidney is harmful ? Does it cause pain in upper abdomen ? What precautions do I need to take to cure it naturally.

Hi I underwent Uri Acr Test and I have a normal Acr ratio but my urine Creatinine is below reference range. My serum Creatinine is normal and is 0.99. My acr ratio 7.66. Attached the report. Plzz reply
