I m suffering with nephronic syndrome last 5month..urine proten 2500 ..cretain 1.1..hb 10.5..im taking 30mg wysolne..tacloan 1mg twice a day. dytor20mg..febuget 80mg..and calcium..more swelling in length and tiny multi clot on belly..some purple pach on legs..

Hi Sir, Can you summarize the below point which was highlighted in my my Renal Doppler Report 1) There is low peak velocity (tardus parvus) noted in intrarenal segmental arteries on right side – to r/orenal artery stenosis.2) Right renal artery shows normal colour flow, flow velocities, RI and spectral wave forms except tardus parvus flow in intrarenal segmental arteries. I m having Hypertension and DM, 160/110 and HBA1C:9 Age :29

Male 43. Creatinine 1.3 mg/dl. Is this an okay level. I drink around 20 glasses of water a day. Is drinking too much water harmful to kidneys. I go for swimming and badminton. What should be the ideal water intake? Is swimming okay? Which all food and fruits should be a complete avoid? I have fat around the tummy. Will reducing tummy helps? I am borderline diabetic and so I have to balance my diet to take care of both diabetics and kidney. Please help.
