Bilateral Renal Cysts
There are bilatrtal Renal cysts,largest is in left mid pole projecting exophytically. Two small left midpolerenalcysts appear hyperdense suggestive of haemorrhage of high proteinaceous content. Non of thecysts communicate with the pelvic calyceal system. Are these cysts corresponds to tumours ? or are they malignant ? Is the scenario serious ? Pls suggest and guide
